Terms of sale
Terms of sale
These terms govern the sale of credits and subscriptions to the Pinperf service, published by 410-GONE.FR (see the legal notice). Placing an order constitutes acceptance.
Purpose of the service
Pinperf measures the ranking of a Google Business listing for a given keyword, from a given geographic point. The unit of the service is the tracking: one keyword on one measurement point, measured at the pace chosen by the customer.
The service measures and reports an observed ranking; it does not alter it and guarantees no search-engine result.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the pricing page in euros, excluding tax. Applicable VAT is added at the time of payment, according to the customer's country and, for businesses in the European Union, according to their intra-Community VAT number. Payment is made online by card. Credits are added to the account as soon as payment is confirmed.
An invoice is issued for every purchase and made available in your account. Billing details are requested after payment: they are required for a compliant invoice.
Credits, consumption and overage
Use of the service is counted in credits. What a tracking consumes depends on its cadence, according to the following scale, also published on the pricing page:
- monthly tracking: 1 credit per month;
- fortnightly tracking: 2 credits per month;
- weekly tracking: 4 credits per month;
- twice-weekly tracking: 8 credits per month;
- daily tracking: 18 credits per month.
A measurement requested outside the scheduled run — a one-off audit — consumes one credit, whatever the cadence. A deactivated keyword or measurement point consumes nothing. A measurement that fails is not charged.
Validity period
Subscription credits are granted for the current month and do not carry over from one month to the next. Credits bought as a pack are valid for twelve months from the date of purchase; the customer is warned thirty days and then seven days before expiry. Credits acquired before 28 August 2026 carry no expiry date.
A subscription is monthly or annual, renewable, and can be cancelled at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, credits already acquired remaining usable within the limits above.
Changing plan
The customer may change plan at any time from their account.
An upgrade takes effect immediately. The difference is charged pro rata for the remaining period. The month's quota is recalculated: it becomes the new plan's quota less the credits already consumed during the month, and is never negative.
A downgrade and a cancellation take effect at the end of the current period, which remains payable. No refund is made. Until that date, the customer keeps the full rights of the plan they paid for. A scheduled change may be cancelled at any time before it takes effect.
No data is deleted when a plan is downgraded. Listings, keywords and measurement points beyond the new plan's limits are paused: they stop being measured and stop consuming credits, but keep their entire history. The customer chooses which ones to reactivate within the limits of the new plan, and upgrading again restores them with no manual step. Pausing applies first to the most recently added listings.
Quota overage
When a subscription's monthly quota runs out, collection continues: an interrupted series of measurements loses its value. Credits consumed beyond the quota and beyond any purchased credits are charged at €0.05 excluding tax per unit, aggregated at the end of the period and shown as a separate line on the following invoice.
Overage is bounded by a ceiling the customer sets from their account, defaulting to half the monthly quota. Once that ceiling is reached, measurements are suspended and the customer is informed; they resume as soon as the ceiling is raised, the plan changes, or the following month begins. No data already measured is deleted. The Free plan gives rise to no overage.
Right of withdrawal
For a business customer, the right of withdrawal does not apply. For a consumer, since supply of the service begins immediately after payment, the fourteen-day right of withdrawal does not apply to credits already consumed; unused credits are refunded on request within that period.
Availability and liability
The service depends on third-party data sources. An outage may interrupt measurements; a measurement that does not complete is not charged. The publisher's liability shall not exceed the amounts paid over the last twelve months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, disputes fall to the competent courts of Lyon, France, for business customers.
