Privacy policy
This page describes what the service collects, why, how long it keeps it, and how to exercise your rights. Data controller: 410-GONE.FR, 6 place Dumas de Loire, 69009 Lyon, France — contact@410-gone.fr.
What we collect
- Your account: surname, first name, email address, company, postal address, company registration number and VAT number. This information identifies you and allows your invoices to be issued — an invoice without an address is not compliant.
- Your tracking activity: listings, keywords, measurement points and ranking measurements. This is the service itself.
- Your payments: amount, date and transaction reference. No card data passes through our servers: payment is handled by Stripe.
Who this data is shared with
- Stripe — payment collection.
- Pennylane — issuing and keeping invoices.
- Google — querying local search results; only the keyword and the geographic point are sent, never your identity.
- The 410 identity directory — authentication and access management.
No data is sold, nor passed on for advertising purposes.
How long we keep it
- Account and measurements: for as long as the account exists, then twelve months.
- Invoices and accounting records: ten years, the statutory retention period under French law — they cannot be deleted on request.
- Technical logs: twelve months.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data. Write to contact@410-gone.fr: you are owed an answer within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
Cookies
The service sets a session cookie, strictly necessary for you to sign in, and a cookie protecting against request forgery. No analytics or advertising cookie is set — which is why no banner is shown to you.
